The adidas-Vahaly Clothing Sponsorship is awarded to a junior tennis player in Georgia who is singled out for his/her commitment to the sport, to their academics, and to their local community. The Scholarship includes complete adidas tennis gear and accessories.
 

Nathan Pasha

This year's recipient is Nathan Pasha.  Nathan is 13 years old and started playing tennis in the ACE Program at the Boy's & Girl's Clubs of Metro Atlanta.  Nathan plays in USTA Georgia, USTA Southern, and USTA National tournaments.  As a first 14&U player, Nathan has a current state standing of 3 and a Sectional standing of 25.  Nathan has won USTA Georgia State Junior Championships, a USTA Southern Junior Closed Championship, and was selected as a member of Team Georgia for the USTA Southern Section Junior Davis/Fed Cup Championships.  In addition, Nathan has received the Sportsmanship Award from the Alta Challenge Ladder and the Metro Atlanta ACE Tennis Program and volunteers at the Samuel L. Jones Boys & Girls Club and the ACE Tennis Program.  Nathan was recently named USTA Georgia Male Junior Player of the Year.  Nathan's proud mom is Del Peyton.
